Can someone tell me the material that I am seeing used as a "grout" in Mosaic Tile tabletops? The material I am refering to seems to be very strong and covers large areas where there is no grout (in other words, large parts of the tabletops ARE this material. It looks like a plasticy grout. Please? I'm stumped.
