I need a strong lawyer(s) (or firm), who is knowledgeable in fine art and contract law.
I work with a company that was under exclusive contract to sell two recently recovered, documented, authenticated, Old Master works. The sales contract was broken by the owners of the works, who sold the paintings while we were still under contract.. This is a very high profile legal case, with a lot of press exposure once it breaks, because of the nature of the Master Works.
I need someone who can work with us on a contingency fee basis, as our investment in this project, (which we expected to recover in our commission by now), has depleted our finances.
Your recovery will be in the "seven figure" realm. Our case is very strong and well documented. Our company is located in the Los Angeles, CA area.
