"Bold lines and geometric shapes are juxtaposed against the softer and more sensual lines of the female figure. The muted colors along with the contrast of the lines help create a separation of figure and shape. The lines are there to define shapes and lead the eye around the work. The
colors and figure personifies an emotion and/or situation that deal with past relationships. I use my work as an outlet to define my emotions, which helps define who I am as an artist."
