HISTORY & BACKGROUND
Reid was raised in New York, where he lived in an environment full of art and culture. He believed everyone learned about art and the principles of painting and drawing while growing up. The idea of any other style of living was unthinkable.
Experiencing art through travels to different parts of the world in his youth, Reid realized that art was not only fun, but also an integral part of life. After graduating high school, he lived in the West Indies for a number of years studying other subjects, before deciding to return to his true passion.
Reid's work now uses different textures and mediums, based on all of his experiences, past and present. Although he has been involved in other areas related to Art, he always seem to be drawn back to the creation of it.
