ROSE HOHENBERGER
Rose Hohenberger is a Houston-based, award-winning, studio and plein air oil painter. Her works range from very large, textural canvases to smaller works – including field studies completed on location, during her travels. Her subjects include landscape, still life, interiors, figures, birds, and animals. Rose’s paintings have been included five times in the prestigious Arts for the Parks top 100 and 200, as well as Oil Painters of America national and regional shows. Her work is displayed in several galleries and included in corporate and private collections throughout the country. Rose is a member of Alla Prima International, Outdoor Painters Society, Oil Painters of America, Women in the Visual and Literary Arts, and Houston Civic Arts Association.
