Known internationally for his scenic photographs and paintings, his works have appeared in Life, National Geographic Traveler, Audubon, People, Fortune, Time-Life Books, The Smithsonian, Sports Illustrated and Readers Digest, to name a few. Born and raised in Rochester, New York and grandson of an accomplished sculptor, he began his career as a photojournalist in the Marine Corps. Before launching his successful freelance career, He was chief photographer on the Minneapolis Star. He currently resides in Minnesota and is an avid cross country skier, hiker and canoeist. |
