Here we have one of my favorite artworks. I didn't expect it to be though. At the time it was just an experiment trying to create something new. I wasn't that much crazy about it until people started making comments. And then i realized the true beauty of it. I really enjoyed creating it though. If i remember, I mostly used a palette knife instead of a brush. I didn't intend to be painting 'Miami Beach' but when i was finished that's what it reminded me of. Although I have never actually been there. This piece was created with acrylics, gel medium and sand mortar. At the time I had recently bought new mediums to work with. It was quite fun.
